Items need to be in new/unused condition. If the item is returned, used, dirty or damaged, a restocking fee may apply depending on the condition of the item. Restocking fee's will not exceed 50% of the order total (not including original shipping cost that may have been paid or return label if purchased through us).
Be sure to include your order number, return reason and any other information that may be important to the return.
Shipping back return items is the buyers responsibility. If you are in the U.S. you may request a prepaid return label. The cost of this label will be deducted from the total refund.
Outbound shipping (if applicable) will not be refunded.
Upon receipt of the item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Defective Items and Warranty
The products are covered under a one-year defect free warranty for the part or piece that is defective.
If you have a defective item, please contact us HERE. Include your order number, name and details about the defect (ex. tape chain pouch on electricians combo has stitching coming undone on the outer pocket).
